OCD was currently in the middle of an internal moral crisis.  He and Cleaner were cleaning where they'd never been officially authorized to clean—though, as Cleaner had pointed out numerous times, they'd never been officially unauthorized to clean there either.  He torn, unsure whether eradicating filth and germs was worth breaking routine and protocol. But Cleaner had stopped listening to his protests two hours previously, and he'd given up protesting one hour previously.
